Check-in details
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your scheduled reservation time. Bring your physical license to the office – it must be physically present.
Check in is located at the yellow building in the middle of the Flora-Bama parking lot next to Ole River Grille.
All drivers and passengers must be present at check in in order to participate
Restrictions
Participants must be at least 5 years old to ride. All riders under the age of 18 must be able to hold on to the driver from behind.
Each group must remain on their assigned ski for the duration of the rental. You may drop off a passenger if they no longer wish to ride, but new passengers cannot be picked up. Drivers and riders may switch positions on the same ski, but no exchanging of passengers is allowed.
ALL drivers and riders MUST be present for the check in and safety briefing process.
FAQs
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, a $250 credit card hold per ski. It’s not a charge and clears within 48 hours.
How old to drive a ski?
At least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and parental signature if under 19.
Age limit for riders?
Minimum 5 years old and must be able to hold on from behind.
Can we switch riders?
No. Each person must have their own ski. No picking up new riders during the rental.
Is there weight limit for the skis?
Yes – a maximum weight of 350 lbs per ski (total weight).
Can I bring a phone or camera?
Yes, but at your own risk—they may get wet or lost.
What if we damage the ski?
You’re responsible for any damage that may occur to the ski while you are operating it.
What should we wear?
Swimwear or quick-dry clothes. Life jackets are provided.
Are life jackets required?
Yes. Must be worn at all times on the water.
Can we ride in the Gulf?
No. Stay in the designated riding area on Ole River and the intercoastal zones.
